Intention of the forum
This is an international forum for People of European decent with a main Germanic orientation.
In order to join our forum you must be of white European decent, either in Europe or in the colonial settlements.
However, Germanic-Worlds is NOT a Germanic only forum.
We accept everyone who is of European heritage if your intensions are sincere and not to intend to spam. If in doubt with non-Germanic ancestry it would be advisable first to contact us via the Forum contact form to find out if your registration is allowed or acceptable, dependable on your ethnic origins and political point of views.
The lingua franca used here is English (except in the local sections)
No Spamming.
That means no useless one or two word posts to raise your post count. Only post if you have something to say. Try to keep your posts productive.
No trolling.
Any posts, which the Mods or Admins deem to have been started purely for the sake of causing an argument or creating unrest, will be deleted and the member may be banned.
If you come here to start arguments with us or disrupt the harmony of the board in any way you will be IP banned, your name and e-mail will be banned then you will have all of your posts deleted or edited by a Administrator or moderator.
No flaming.
A moderator will delete any posts in of the forum of a hostile, negative or argumentative nature. If the posts are about a subject worthy of debate then those offending may be asked to temper their language or leave the debate to others.
Know where to post.
There are different forums on this board for a reason. Please keep topics in their proper sections.
Please use proper English and post with a civil tone. Refrain from using vulgar or profane language when posting.
If you have any questions about these rules or have any other problems please send a Private Message to one of the moderators and we will do our best to help you.
We permit here all spectrums of the Nationalists point of views, but keep Pan-Aryan, Turanic, pan-Slavic and pan-European views out of our board as these are the opposite of the direction of our forum.
Germanic-Worlds is not a Neo-Nazi or White-Nationalist site, but a site for right-wing nationalists and cultural pride of people from European origin.

By using Germanic-Worlds.org you acknowledge that you agree to the following terms and conditions of use:
1. You agree to hold sole responsibility for all information you transmit through Germanic-Worlds.org, including but not limited to: image files, sound files, video files, text-based logs, articles and/or other written material in whole or in part, as well as links or other direction to any such material. Furthermore, you hereby indemnify the owners and operators of Germanic-Worlds.org from any and all liability arising directly or indirectly from your transmission of information through Germanic-Worlds.org.
2. You understand that by browsing/using Germanic-Worlds.org you might be exposed to objectionable, offensive, indecent and otherwise prohibited material. Additionally, you understand that the owners and operators of Germanic-Worlds.org can offer absolutely no guarantee regarding your exposure or potential exposure to unwanted material of any kind. Therefore, you agree to browse/use Germanic-Worlds.org at your own discretion and risk.
3. You are responsible for your account, the password to your account and any activities conducted by your account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of the password and the account. You agree to ensure that your account is protected by a non-trivial password.

8. You understand that the owners and operators of Germanic-Worlds.org may suspend or terminate your access to Germanic-Worlds.org at any time, with or without notification or cause. You agree to your account and all information thereby transmitted through Germanic-Worlds.org being left "as is", edited, dumped, banned or deleted regardless of your current access status.
9. Germanic-Worlds.org owners and operators are not responsible to the user's computer system or any data stored on such computer system for any damage that may occur as a result or presumed result of use of Germanic-Worlds.org, nor the downloading of data and software from (or linked to from) Germanic-Worlds.org.
You agree Germanic-Worlds.org owners and operators will not be liable for any loss of use, interruption of business, or any indirect, or consequential damages of any kind (including but not limited to lost profits) regardless of the form of action.

You acknowledge that all the information on Germanic-Worlds.org, including all content, data on any software, sound, photographs and any text, video, or any other information presented to the user by any of Germanic-Worlds.org, or any of the advertising materials, or materials presented by other users of Germanic-Worlds.org, may be protected by copyrights, trademarks or patents. You agree that you are permitted to use such protected content only as authorized by the owners of such content and are not allowed to reproduce, copy, distribute or use in any other content without an explicit authorizations by the owners of such content.
11. Germanic-Worlds.org owners and operators reserve the right to modify the forum rules and terms and conditions of use at any time and at their sole discretion. The updated and current version of this document will be posted on the website (this web-page) and your continuation of use of Germanic-Worlds.org constitutes an agreement by you the user to be bound by the new forum rules and terms and conditions of use. It is your responsibility to check this document regularly. You MUST immediately discontinue use of Germanic-Worlds.org if at any point you do not agree to any portion of the forum rules or terms and conditions of use.
12. Germanic-Worlds.org owners and operators have the option to give notices to users via online announcements or email. Germanic-Worlds.org owners and operators may post messages on the Bulletin Board or contact you by email to inform you of changes to the forum rules, terms and conditions of use or any other matters of importance; such announcements constitute a notice to you the user.
By using the Germanic-Worlds.org discussion forum you acknowledge that you agree to the following rules:
1. You are prohibited from transmitting through Germanic-Worlds.org any unlawful or harassing or abusive materials and you will refrain from distribution or use of any threatening, obscene or vulgar material of any kind. This includes (but is not limited to) posting - or posting links to - pornography, pirated materials, viruses, etc.
2. Please remain courteous and respectful to other users of the forums at all times.
3. You are prohibited from transmitting material that may infringe on any intellectual property rights, copyright or trademark or any other rights of any third party.
4. Type properly. Do not tYpE lIkE tHiS or L1K3 7h15. Do not type whole messages, full sentences, more than a phrase, or topic titles in ALL CAPS. Do not use improper abbreviations such as "ur" (you're) or "y" (why). Do not type entire posts without the use of grammar. Do not type entire posts in bold, colour or similarly formatted text.
5. Do not post the same thing repeatedly (Spamming). Even (in fact especially) if it has been deleted by a moderator for whatever reason. This includes posting the same thing in multiple forums (cross-posting).
6. Never re-post something a moderator has deleted (in any forum).
7. Do not register usernames that are deliberately offensive - this includes (but is not restricted to) swear words and anything that breaks the Germanic-Worlds.org rules or terms and conditions of use. Also do not use any political statements and slogans in your username.
8. You are prohibited from using Germanic-Worlds.org to distribute junk mail or 'spam'. Or to collect information on users, including their email addresses without their agreement.
9. You are prohibited from using Germanic-Worlds.org to advertise commercial products or other discussion forums without clear permission from the staff.
10. You are prohibited from using Germanic-Worlds.org for the conduct of business and from making any potential revenue dependent on any part of Germanic-Worlds.org.
11. Double logins (multiple accounts) are prohibited. To ensure enforceability of this rule, using anonymous proxies to access Germanic-Worlds.org and post on the forum is prohibited.
Hoever, the exception is when sharing same computer if your brother, sister, or Spous is member here too. Please inform us about this if thats the case with you.
12. Any incitement to anti-whiteracial or religious hatred is forbidden, by law. The owners of this site will make every endeavour to ensure that such posts are deleted immediately and the posters disciplined, accordingly.
13. Profanity: Try to refrain from the use of profanity, especially directed at your fellow users of Germanic-Worlds.org in a scornful manner. If you find the use of profanity absolutely essential for making your point, please censor yourself either in the form of an abbreviation (for example; S.O.B., S.T.F.U., etc.), changing the middle letters of four-letter words with ** (for example; f**k, s**t, etc.),or by using a smiley . All profanity referring to genitals are off limits, no exceptions.
14. You are prohibited from incitement of murder.
15. Verbal abuse or physical threats to other users are forbidden and will result in immediate and stern disciplinary action!
Failure to comply with any of the forum rules may result in your posts being deleted and/or your account being temporarily or permanently banned from Germanic-Worlds.org.
In addition, your account may be deleted or edited by the forum staff at any time without prior notification for whatever reason.
The Germanic-Worlds forum keeps friendly contact with many other forums and websites. Defamation and insults against these websites and forums, their decisions, their owners and potentially their staff are not allowed and will be removed.
If you have recently been banned from another forum or you can't bear it's orientation, Germanic-worlds however is in that case not the right place to vent your anger.
If you are a Germanic-Worlds Forum member having a good reputation on our forum and believe you have been mistreated, or banned unfairly contact the staff via Forum Contact form, so that we can find together a solution

With registering in this forum, you accept these rules and you acknowledge the right of the Germanic-Worlds staff to enforce these rules at their own discretion.
Should you violate our rules, our administration or the mods will take disciplinary action on you as could be: warnings, moderation, denial of the right to write, inhibition of your account, inhibition of your IP, civil or tribunal suits or other consequences according to the extent of your violation.
